AI & Automated Systems
We use an AI assistant to reply to enquiries sent to us by email. It processes your name, contact details and the content of your message.
A member of our team reviews these conversations during office hours, and decisions about charges, refunds and complaints are always made by our team, never by the AI alone.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only with trusted service providers: our booking and payment provider (Square), AI tools and IT providers.
All of them are contractually required to protect your data.
Some of these providers operate outside the UK. Where that’s the case, appropriate safeguards are in place.

- Communication records: up to 2 years
- Marketing preferences: until you opt out
