Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Wumman Spa, we believe that exceptional service begins with mutual respect, understanding, and care. We truly value your time and the expertise of our therapists, and we aim to offer every client a calm, seamless, and high-quality experience.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to review our booking policy below.
Cancellations & Changes
We understand that life happens. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment whenever needed.
Cancellations or changes made more than 12 hours before your appointment are free of charge.
Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 100% of the booked treatment(s).
No-Shows
A no-show occurs when an appointment is missed without prior notice.
In this case, the full value of the booked service will be charged.
Card on File
A valid payment card is required to secure your booking. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your card on file will be charged accordingly.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you.
However, to respect the experience of other clients, your treatment time may be reduced, and the full service price will still apply.
Prepaid & Promotional Appointments
Appointments booked as part of a package, promotion, or prepaid service are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show.
If We Need to Reschedule
In the rare event we need to reschedule your appointment, we will offer you priority rebooking or a full refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Each case will be reviewed with care and fairness at the discretion of Wumman Spa, and we will always aim to find the most respectful and considerate solution possible.

By booking an appointment with Wumman Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
