Cancellations & Changes
We understand that life happens. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment whenever needed.
Cancellations or changes made more than 12 hours before your appointment are free of charge.
Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 100% of the booked treatment(s).

What We Collect
Name, email, phone number, booking details, payment information (processed securely by our payment partners), and any messages you send us.
AI & Automated Systems
We use an AI assistant to help manage bookings and answer enquiries via WhatsApp and other channels. It processes your name, contact details, and conversation content. Our team oversees these interactions—no significant decisions are made without human involvement.
How We Use Your Data
To manage appointments, communicate with you, provide support, improve our services, and (with your consent) send marketing updates. We process your data based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, your consent, or legal obligations. We never sell or rent your information.
Who We Share With
Only trusted service providers: booking platforms, payment processors, AI tools, and IT providers. All are contractually required to protect your data. Some providers operate outside the UK; where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How Long We Keep It
Booking records: up to 7 years. Communication records: up to 2 years. Marketing preferences: until you opt out. After this, data is securely deleted.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, or request data portability. Contact us and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
