At Wumman Spa, we believe exceptional service begins with mutual respect, understanding and care. We value your time and the expertise of our Nail Artists, and we aim to give every client a calm, seamless, high-quality experience. Please take a moment to read our policy below.
Cancellations & Changes
We understand that life happens, so we’ve made it easy to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
More than 12 hours’ notice: free of charge.
Less than 12 hours’ notice: you’ll be charged the full price of your booked treatment(s).
To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your Square booking confirmation or email us at info@wummanspa.co.uk.
We can’t accept cancellations or changes by WhatsApp, phone or social media.
The notice period is counted from the time we receive your email or your change through Square.
No-Shows
A no-show is an appointment missed without any notice. No-shows are charged the full price of the booked treatment(s).
Card on File
A valid payment card is needed to secure your booking. Your card details are stored securely by Square, our booking and payment provider.
If you cancel late or don’t show up, the charge above will be taken from this card.
Late Arrivals
We’ll always do our best to fit you in. To respect other clients’ appointments, we can allow a maximum delay of 15 minutes.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and charged as a late cancellation.
If we can still carry out your treatment, the time lost will come off your appointment, and the full price still applies.
Prepaid & Promotional Appointments
Appointments booked as part of a package, promotion (including first-visit offers) or prepaid service can’t be refunded or transferred if you cancel within 12 hours or don’t show up.
If We Need to Reschedule
In the rare event that we need to move your appointment, we’ll offer you priority rebooking or a full refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations happen. We’ll review each case with care and fairness, at Wumman Spa’s discretion, and always look for the most considerate solution.

By booking with Wumman Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
