Wumman Spa is a cashless salon. We accept all major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.
If you’d like to thank your Nail Artist, cash tips are always welcome and go directly to them.
We take great pride in our work. If your gel, BIAB or extensions chip, lift or break within 7 days of your treatment, we’ll fix it free of charge.
Just email info@wummanspa.co.uk within the 7 days to book your repair.
Please note:
The guarantee doesn’t cover natural (naked) nail treatments or regular polish services, as these are naturally less durable.
It doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents, picking, or removal at home or at another salon.
Please tell us about any allergies, medical conditions or pregnancy before your treatment.
For your safety, we may adjust or decline a treatment where needed.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring one small, well-behaved dog (under 5kg).
For the comfort of other clients, your dog must stay in a carrier bag at all times while in the salon.
Assistance and service animals are always welcome.
If you have an allergy to dogs, please let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Under 8:
Children under 8 can’t have nail treatments at Wumman Spa.
They’re very welcome to sit with an adult having a treatment if there’s space. They must be supervised at all times and not disturb other clients.
Ages 8 to 15:
Welcome to have treatments when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
For everyone’s safety, we may need to stop a treatment if an unsupervised child is at risk or disturbing other clients.
Yes. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They can’t be exchanged for cash or resold.
